What You'll Do: The Heart of Our Customer Experience

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lost, damaged, or malfunctioning connected home devices
  • Diagnose technical problems accurately and efficiently, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Document all interactions in our customer relationship management system, maintaining detailed records of issues, resolutions, and customer preferences
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs and follow-through
  • Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and ensure satisfaction with the service provided

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during every customer interaction
  • Consult with customers to understand their technology needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Present and explain protection plans, tech support solutions, and connected home products in a compelling, benefit-driven manner
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional service quality
  • Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and competitive differentiators to position arenaflex solutions effectively
  • Meet key performance indicators related to sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Relationship Building & Customer Loyalty

  • Build rapport with customers by listening actively and demonstrating genuine care for their needs

What We're Looking For: Your Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months previous customer service experience—call center experience is strongly preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Technical aptitude and ability to pass our readiness assessment
  • Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to submit to and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free, ergonomically appropriate workspace

Home Office Requirements

  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions, noise, and interruptions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection: minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed
