  • Transaction Management: Process and monitor up to 31 distinct transaction types across multiple teams, including Customer Communications, Settlement Options, Money Out, Premium, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and Renewal Statements.
  • Policy Documentation: Create value quotes, generate policy status letters, update beneficiary information, and manage settlement options with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Referral Review: Conduct thorough reviews of referrals, verify data completeness, and coordinate with cross‑functional departments to resolve escalated cases promptly.
  • Premium Administration: Execute premium changes, suspend premiums when required, and handle tax withholding adjustments in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Salesforce Utilization: Leverage arenaflex’s Salesforce platform to capture, track, and complete all assigned transactions, ensuring that every activity is logged accurately.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, suggest enhancements, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and reduce error rates.
