Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product data strategy for arenaflex’s Marketing Deals CRM platform, translating business objectives into clear, data‑centric product roadmaps.
  • Analyze, catalog, and prioritize platform data to create product requirements that deliver measurable business value and support both short‑term wins and long‑term strategic goals.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including product managers, engineers, designers, QA, and program leadership—to identify, assess, and implement critical technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with MDM and Marketing product teams to streamline data ingestion, enrichment, and distribution pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency across the ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation that clearly articulates system architecture, data models, and functional specifications for both business and technical audiences.
  • Provide data expertise to guarantee a seamless experience for end‑users, aligning data definitions with business logic and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and recommend product enhancements that increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new data‑driven capabilities.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and rollout activities, working closely with stakeholders, product leads, and senior product owners to ensure successful adoption.
  • Mentor junior data analysts and serve as the go‑to data authority within the product team, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a product management role within a data‑intensive product development environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
  • Strong background in SQL and Python, with hands‑on experience building data pipelines, performing analysis, and automating workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern data governance frameworks and best practices for data stewardship.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to senior leadership and non‑technical stakeholders alike.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of solving problems creatively and delivering high‑impact solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and release.

  • Background in advertising technology (AdTech) or marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystems.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
