Member Services Representative, Bilingual (French)
GroupSource LP is a company dedicated to providing customized group benefit plans for Canadian organizations. The Bilingual (French) Member Services Representative is responsible for assisting members with claims inquiries and providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Responsibilities
- You will answer phone calls in English and French and assist members and providers with claims/coverage inquiries
- You will investigate complex requests via telephone or email to ensure answer provided is accurate and handled within the SLA timeline
- You will assist members with claim inquiries
- You will answer emails and telephone inquiries from internal staff and sales offices
- You will process health and dental claims
- You will file correspondence and claims
Skills
- You have completed or are close to completing post secondary education
- You have strong data-entry skills with number pad familiarity
- You have excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
- You have experience using Microsoft Office
- You have excellent customer service along with good listening skills
- You have above average organizational and planning skills
- You are able to handle a fast-paced and repetitive workload
- You are able to handle difficult calls from members and providers
- You are able to audit claims (self and team members)
- 1-2 years of Call Centre, medical or group benefits experience an asset
- Training in business writing an asset
