CRM Support Analyst
Moore is a data-driven constituent experience management company that focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and service. The CRM Support Analyst will assist clients with fundraising efforts by providing end-user support and managing data-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients, via meetings, phone calls, and e-mail
- Assist in the execution of client fundraising campaigns, including data enhancement and audience segmentation
- Provide Portfolio end-user support
- Assist in designing reports
- Maintain and enhance workflow documentation
- Perform quality control and data integrity checks on all outputs
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Assist in end-user training
- Assist in software testing
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Highly accurate and organized
- Work well in a team environment and is driven to meet clients' fundraising goals
- Handle multiple complex projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Available to commute to our Peabody, MA office at least 2 days/week
