Customer Service Representative 1
H2O America is dedicated to providing high-quality water services to families and communities. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative 1 who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting Field Service workers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through answering incoming calls, emails and written correspondence that come through the call center
- Address inquiries and complaints about transfers, billing, service issues, collections, and payments; create work orders
- Access, review and edit (if needed) customer records to resolve issues and provide accurate information
- Assist Field Service workers by retrieving customer information and adding notes to support service responses, scheduling appointments if necessary
- Use the Customer Information System (CIS) to access data and generate reports
- Follow all safety standards (e.g., company manual, OSHA)
- Become familiar with regulatory commission standards and regulations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
