đ˘ About our client Our client is a boutique commercial real estate investment advisory firm based in New York City. They support clients across the U.S. with investment sales, capital markets, and leasingâsourcing opportunities across asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily. Our client has invested heavily in AI-powered research infrastructure. Skiptracing, ownership lookups, and much of the property research are now handled by internal systemsâso the biggest bottleneck is no longer research, itâs conversations. đ The Role: Outbound Coordinator (Calling-First) Our client is hiring an Outbound Coordinator to drive off-market acquisition efforts by owning the conversation side of the lead pipelineâcalling property owners, building rapport quickly, and helping move deals forward. This is a phone-first, high-volume outbound role. Youâll work closely with Donald and Tom (principals/partners) and call from pre-researched lists of target property owners. You wonât be expected to spend hours skiptracingâbut you will be expected to think fast, adapt mid-call, and consistently get high-quality conversations. Work setup: Fully remote, contractor Hours: Structured workday (roughly 9â5) with consistent overlap with U.S. calling hours â What Youâll Do You will: Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners from pre-researched lists Build rapport quickly and represent our client professionally on every call Adapt your approach in real time depending on who picks up (institutional manager, family owner, mom-and-pop operator, etc.) Ask smart questions to uncover seller motivation, ownership intent, and deal-structure interest (including scenarios like owner-occupied leasebacks) Keep the CRM clean with accurate, consistent call notes and follow-ups Use good judgment to flag issues (wrong contacts, mismatches, unclear ownership context) and keep momentum moving đŻ What Success Looks Like Consistent call output and strong phone presence day after day High-quality conversations that create forward motion in the pipeline Clean documentation that the principals can rely on Good judgment in ambiguous or fast-moving live-call situations â What Weâre Looking For Elegran is not optimizing for a specific degree, title, or years of experience.
