About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce agency dedicated to scaling Shopify brands. We partner with product-driven companies to maximize their revenue through data-backed media buying, high-converting creative, and flawless technical execution. We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Media Buyer who can not only manage ad spend across multiple platforms but also get their hands dirty with ad creative and tracking. The Role Are you a triple-threat digital marketer? We need an expert who understands the nuances of scaling Shopify brands across Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads. In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons in Ads Manager. You will be overseeing the entire ad lifecycle for our clients—from setting up the initial server-side tracking, to editing UGC video ads, to optimizing budgets for maximum ROAS. If you know how to read the data, build the creative, and scale the campaigns, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Media Buying: Build, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), and Amazon Ads.
  • Creative Development: Design static image ads and edit raw UGC (User-Generated Content) into high-converting video ads using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Photoshop.
  • Technical Tracking & Setup: Implement and troubleshoot data capture for all platforms. You must be comfortable setting up Meta Pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to ensure flawless attribution.
  • Strategy & Optimization: Analyze daily performance metrics, conduct A/B tests on creatives and audiences, and adjust bids/budgets to hit client CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Client Reporting: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for our e-commerce clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • E-commerce/Shopify Expertise: 4+ years of direct experience running paid ads specifically for e-commerce and Shopify brands (agency experience is a massive plus).
  • Platform Mastery: Proven track record of profitably managing ad spend on Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Creative Chops: Strong ability to edit short-form video (UGC) and create compelling static graphics for direct-response advertising.
  • Data & Tracking Proficiency: Deep understanding of e-commerce tracking infrastructure (UTMs, GTM, server-side tracking, GA4, and platform-specific tags).
  • Analytical Mindset: You make decisions based on data, not just intuition. You know how to read a Shopify analytics dashboard and connect it to your ad platform data.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, meet deadlines, and proactively find ways to improve campaign performance.
