What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist consumers in resolving delinquent accounts.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully to build trust and rapport.
- Use ethical, effective, and friendly negotiation techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Schedule
- First 4 weeks Monday-Friday, 800 AM - 430 PM.
- After 4 weeks Choose your own schedule between 700 AM - 800 PM, Monday-Friday. (40 hours per week required)
- No evenings or weekends required! Workspace Requirements

- Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in collections
