Position Overview – Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent)

arenaflex is seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our ground operations team in Michigan as Ramp Agents. This full‑time role blends hands‑on freight handling with exceptional customer service, ensuring that every piece of cargo and mail reaches its destination safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities

• Freight Handling & Transportation: Safely lift, load, unload, and move cargo, mail, and baggage between aircraft and ground vehicles, adhering to weight limits of 50‑70 pounds per item.
• Aircraft Positioning: Direct arriving and departing aircraft to and from designated gate positions, ensuring efficient turnaround times.
• Protection & Security: Guard cargo, mail, and equipment from damage, loss, and adverse weather conditions through vigilant monitoring and proper storage practices.
• Ground Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain ground support equipment such as belt loaders, tugs, and tow trucks in compliance with safety protocols.
