Contracts Specialist III

Title: Contracts Specialist III Duration: 5+ Months Location: Remote (Remote: PST, MST and CST preferred) This Contracts Specialist will provide temporary coverage for a team member on parental leave within the Enterprise Contracts & Supplier Management organisation. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and redline enterprise contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, renewals, and supplier agreements Route contracts through internal approval workflows, secure required signatures, and manage execution to completion Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners throughout the contracting process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of open items Manage an assigned portfolio of contracts, tracking key milestones, expirations, and renewal dates Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Procurement) to ensure contract terms align with business objectives Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and provide status updates as needed Requirements: 5+ years of experience in contract management or commercial contracts Strong drafting, negotiation, and redlining capabilities Experience managing end-to-end contract execution and signature workflows Demonstrated experience working directly with external vendors/partners Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to ramp quickly in a fast-paced enterprise environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
