As a Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be at the heart of that engine, responsible for onboarding new sellers, optimizing product listings, and ensuring that our customers have access to the best possible selection. Your work will directly influence arenaflex’s ability to attract top‑tier brands, increase revenue, and maintain the high standards of service that our shoppers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Seller Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high‑potential sellers across a range of categories, focusing on those that fill gaps in our current assortment.
  • Conduct virtual and in‑person presentations that showcase arenaflex’s value proposition, tools, and support resources.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that align with seasonal trends, regional demand, and competitive dynamics.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective sellers, tracking progress through a CRM system and providing regular status updates to leadership.

Data Management & Product Onboarding

  • Enter, validate, and enrich product data for new listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with internal catalog teams to resolve data quality issues and implement best‑practice standards for product information.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor listing performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements that drive conversion and sales.
  • Assist sellers in adopting arenaflex’s bulk upload tools, APIs, and data feeds to streamline large‑scale onboarding.

Seller Enablement & Relationship Management

  • Provide ongoing guidance to sellers on marketplace policies, advertising solutions, fulfillment options, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, sharing data‑driven insights that help sellers improve order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated seller issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams (operations, finance, legal) to resolve problems quickly.
  • Foster a community of best‑practice sharing among sellers through webinars, newsletters, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, marketing, and logistics teams to launch promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and new feature rollouts.
  • Provide market intelligence to product managers, highlighting emerging trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate fee structures, invoicing, and payout processes for sellers.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements by documenting workflows, suggesting automation opportunities, and sharing lessons learned.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales or account management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Performance Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with other MS Office tools; comfort with CRM platforms and basic data‑entry interfaces.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English; ability to craft compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
