Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, seasonal fluctuations, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities for new product categories and seller acquisition.
  • Seller Prospecting & Acquisition: Identify, outreach, and onboard high‑potential sellers through virtual sales calls, webinars, and targeted presentations.
  • Data‑Driven Onboarding: Enter, validate, and maintain accurate product and pricing data in arenaflex’s internal systems, ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and shoppers.
  • Seller Enablement: Conduct training sessions and share best‑practice guidelines on online selling, performance analytics, and fulfillment optimization.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support—to resolve seller issues, improve platform features, and drive joint initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly dashboards that track seller acquisition metrics, revenue growth, and marketplace health.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans that attract key marketplace players, expand product assortment, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on data entry processes, suggest automation opportunities, and champion best‑in‑class operational standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales or account management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Results‑Driven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue or acquisition targets using consultative and solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, develop insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite tools; comfortable navigating CRM and marketplace platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
