  • Champion data democratization and self-service analytics across the entire organization.
  • Support and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making at all levels of the company.

Reporting and Visualization

  • Construct actionable, business-friendly reporting solutions that are used by departments across the organization.
  • Design, monitor, and continuously refine key performance metrics that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities through data analysis and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with reporting outputs.
  • Build compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively.

  • Communicate and drive the data roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner with business leaders to define standards, prioritize initiatives, and execute projects that deliver measurable value.
  • Mentor and manage a team of data engineers and data analysts, both onshore and offshore, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear timelines, uphold rigorous data and analytics standards, and ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality work.
  • Identify opportunities to harden, optimize, and improve enterprise-wide business processes through collaboration with departments outside of the data and analytics function.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Eight or more years of progressive experience in an analytical role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering impactful business insights.
