Position Overview – Night Shift Data Center Technician (DCT)
We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented professionals to join our Night Shift team as Data Center Technicians. Working the 9 PM to 5 AM shift, you will play a critical role in the planning, deployment, troubleshooting, repair, and de‑commissioning of server hardware within arenaflex’s expansive data‑center ecosystem. Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Fundamental understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, memory, storage, networking).
- Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

- U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States, due to regulatory constraints.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ year of experience supporting IT hardware or related technology.
- Previous exposure to data‑center environments, rack‑mount installations, or server maintenance.
