About the Position

Our Data Innovation Group, a cornerstone of the Data Innovation Division, is seeking a detail‑oriented, technically proficient Remote Data Entry Technician. You will serve as a critical bridge between end‑users and our expansive IT infrastructure, ensuring that workstations, peripherals, and data‑related processes run smoothly for employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, resolve, and close tickets related to end‑user workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support for software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Collaborate with global project teams on large‑scale rollouts, redesigns, and system upgrades.
  • Utilize remote‑access tools to troubleshoot and remediate issues without on‑site presence.
  • Partner with regional IT hubs to investigate and resolve network‑related incidents, including VPN connectivity problems.
  • Document all client interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking of resources and resolutions.
  • Perform data recovery from hard drives and execute data migration tasks when required.
  • Maintain secure remote access for confidential corporate resources, adhering to arenaflex’s security policies.
  • Install, configure, and support both local and networked printers across multiple office locations.
  • Deliver on‑site support for emergency situations, including travel to remote sites when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands‑on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting Windows‑based workstations (Windows 10 and newer) in a TCP/IP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reflecting occasional hardware handling responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – one or more.
  • Prior experience in an airline or airport IT environment.
