Position Overview

This full‑time remote position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST, with occasional holiday coverage required. The role begins on May 20, 2024 and offers a starting salary of $47,400 per year, with the potential for performance‑based bonuses and career‑advancing salary growth as you develop within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial liaison for routine customer requests and queries related to premium audits, handling high‑volume phone and email communications with policyholders, agents, and third‑party partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with both external and internal customers, developing a deep understanding of their service needs and expectations.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with Underwriting, Billing, Premium Audit, Claims, and other departments to ensure seamless, high‑quality service delivery.
  • Research & Resolution: Conduct basic research to address customer inquiries; when necessary, identify and engage the appropriate department, individual, or escalation path to resolve complex issues.
  • System Navigation & Documentation: Accurately route requests using arenaflex’s internal systems, document all transactions, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflow, propose actionable recommendations, and collaborate with leadership to implement enhancements.
  • Performance Standards: Meet or exceed individual goals for work quality, phone and email handle time, adherence, and reliability, upholding arenaflex’s customer care standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience (preferred).
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, structured teamwork environment.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating multiple software applications and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to exchange routine and non‑routine information verbally and in writing, applying departmental policies and procedures accurately.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a dedicated, quiet, professional home workspace meeting arenaflex’s Work‑at‑Home (W@H) standards.
  • Flexibility to work within the specified operating hours and occasional holiday coverage.
  • Attendance is 100 % mandatory during training and throughout the employment period; punctuality and schedule adherence are critical to success.
