Position Overview

Job Title: Online Data Entry Associate – Remote E-Commerce Operations Company: arenaflex Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level Schedule: Monday through Friday

Daily Work Schedule (Monday–Friday)

  • 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Arrival, system login, and workstation set-up
  • 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Morning data entry session – product catalog updates and information input
  • 10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Short break to recharge and refocus
  • 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM: Data entry session continues – accuracy verification and completion
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch break
  • 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Afternoon data entry session – new project assignments and bulk uploads
  • 2:30 PM – 2:45 PM: Short break
  • 2:45 PM – 4:30 PM: Data entry session continues – quality checks and database management
  • 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: End-of-day wrap-up, reporting, and task handover

Please note that candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours as listed above. All work is performed remotely using arenaflex-provided systems and secure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our product databases.
