Overview
MV Transportation Operations Control Center is seeking Reservationists to accept trip reservations from eligible passengers. Accurately collecting and entering reputed company necessary data to schedule trips accordingly. Complete data entry of passenger details for specific trip requests, negotiate requested times and provide fare information. Provide follow-up calls to passengers as required by the service needs. Process and communicate passenger advance cancellations in a timely manner. Maintain adherence to attendance policy. Qualifications
Talent Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Relevant customer service experience. Experience with Trapeze software is preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Data entry experience and general knowledge of windows-based computer operating system, and reputed company Office Suite. reputed company to demonstrate professional phone manners while remaining flexible in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of the service area is a plus.
