Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Financial Planning

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls with prospective and existing clients to introduce arenaflex’s financial solutions.
  • Schedule and lead virtual appointments that fit the client’s availability, ensuring a seamless, client‑centric experience.
  • Become fluent in arenaflex’s product portfolio, obtaining required financial licenses (Life, Series 6, with optional Series 26, 63, 65) to provide accurate, compliant advice.
  • Develop customized financial plans that align with each client’s short‑term goals and long‑term aspirations, documenting outcomes in arenaflex’s CRM system.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, performing regular follow‑ups to monitor plan progress and recommend adjustments as life circumstances evolve.

Talent Development & Team Building

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new remote agents, guiding them through arenaflex’s onboarding curriculum.
  • Deliver structured training sessions that cover product knowledge, compliance standards, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Coach new hires on effective communication, objection handling, and relationship‑building strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track performance metrics for each team member, providing constructive feedback and actionable development plans.
  • Collaborate with arenaflex’s leadership to refine training materials and improve retention rates across the remote workforce.
