Position Overview

The Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex plays a central role in achieving service delivery excellence, meeting performance benchmarks, and contributing to financial targets through outstanding patient account management. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to patients and their families by responding promptly, professionally, and compassionately to inbound inquiries regarding patient accounts, billing questions, and service-related concerns.
  • Ensure that all arenaflex patients have a positive customer experience while resolving account issues in a timely and accurate manner that aligns with organizational service standards.
  • Adhere closely to assigned schedules, shift requirements, and established handle time standards to maintain service level agreements and operational efficiency.
  • Treat every customer with compassion, dignity, and respect while consistently protecting their privacy and handling sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) and patient accounting systems.
  • Identify trends in patient inquiries and proactively communicate recurring issues to leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including billing, coding, collections, and clinical support to escalate and resolve complex account matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, policies, procedures, and technology platforms to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including call quality scores, resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in a professional setting, preferably in a call center, healthcare, financial services, or related environment.

Note: Candidates coming on board as on-call (non-benefited) team members may have the education and experience requirements waived based on operational needs and demonstrated aptitude.

The base pay range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
