As a Remote Virtual Assistant – Data Entry & Global Content Rights Analyst, you will be the backbone of arenaflex’s content licensing operations. Your meticulous data management and analytical expertise will enable our Content Distribution, Business Operations, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams to make informed decisions on SVOD (Subscription Video‑On‑Demand) and DTC deals. By ensuring accurate rights tracking, financial analysis, and seamless post‑deal administration, you directly contribute to the profitability and strategic growth of arenaflex’s worldwide content library.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Rights Administration

• Enter, validate, and maintain comprehensive data for all licensed titles—including feature films, DTC premieres, long‑form series, short‑form content, promotional assets, and interstitials—in the rights management system (Rightsline).
• Track complex rights holdbacks, territorial restrictions, MVPD/BDU limitations, and music clearances to ensure compliance with existing agreements.
• Monitor and update rights expirations, MFN (Most Favored Nation) clauses, and renewal windows on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with regional Content Distribution teams to align global and local windows, ensuring seamless rollout across markets.

Financial Analysis & Valuation

• Conduct rigorous financial analysis and content valuation for each licensing agreement, working closely with Finance and Business Operations partners.
• Prepare royalty calculations, revenue forecasts, and cost recovery reports for senior leadership review.
• Support the creation of budgetary models and long‑term financial plans for upcoming content acquisitions.

Deal Administration & Post‑Deal Support

• Generate and distribute deal execution documents (e.g., start dates, season releases, amendment notices) to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate invoice processing, payment reconciliations, and revenue recognition activities in partnership with Accounting.
• Maintain a master schedule of all post‑deal workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of assets and compliance with contractual obligations.

Strategic Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Produce ad‑hoc reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting market trends, competitive benchmarks, and performance metrics.
