QA Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our team. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance processes, and Agile development practices.
Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and application workflows. Create and execute test cases based on functional requirements. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications. Identify, document, and track software defects. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing. Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Assist in preparing test reports and test documentation. Required Skills Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts. Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes. Familiarity with manual testing techniques. Understanding of bug tracking and defect lifecycle. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Only from Tier 1 or IIT/ NIT Institution Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman. Understanding of web technologies and browser testing. Exposure to automation testing tools is an added advantage. Apply To This Job
