Position Summary Role Description: The Specialty Care team at Oak Street works under the Population Health umbrella to extend our value based care model into the Specialty Care space, advancing our innovative and transformative approach to providing high-quality care. The Analyst will partner with Specialty Care colleagues, Service Operations, and field teams to support Specialty Care performance and operations. This role reports to the Senior Manager, and they collaborate closely to advance the ultimate goal of improving external care accessibility and affordability. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating structure from ambiguity, extremely detail-oriented, analytical by nature, comfortable taking ownership & following up, self-directed, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment, while bringing their curiosity, experience, and innovative ideas. Core Responsibilities: Own and execute analytics that support the success of the Preferred Networks program. Support the ideation, development, and execution of new Specialty Care initiatives, including ROI / opportunity analyses, qualitative research, pilots, and project planning. Own quality assurance of data analytics, escalating concerns and risks as necessary. Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, vendors, Service Operations, and other Specialty Care stakeholders to advance programs. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in corporate strategy and operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles Experience developing analyses in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Track record of effectively solving difficult problems High attention to detail Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and teams Orientation toward analytical problem solving Practical, results-oriented mindset Unimpeachable integrity

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in healthcare Experience with Alteryx, Dataiku, SQL, and/or Microsoft Power Query - or an analytical background with openness to learn new tooling Experience working with fully remote teams Education Bachelor Degree Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
