Responsibilities
Assist clients with identifying travel options that align with their interests and budgets Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and activities Review available vacation packages and travel promotions through approved supplier networks Provide destination information and travel suggestions to support client decision-making Help manage reservation requests, confirmations, and itinerary details Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication platforms Maintain organized records of client information and travel plans Participate in training programs and ongoing educational opportunities
