  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of medication histories, insurance details, and clinical program participation for each patient.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on medication adherence, program enrollment, and financial metrics to support strategic decision‑making.

Patient Interaction & Support

  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding prescription status, medication counseling, and program eligibility.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system, capturing key concerns, resolutions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Gather patient feedback on arenaflex’s services and relay insights to quality‑improvement teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance by accurately capturing billing codes, payer information, and adherence metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Operations team to align data entry processes with broader financial goals and performance targets.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and patient communication.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all data handling practices adhere to HIPAA, arenaflex privacy policies, and applicable state pharmacy regulations.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and corrective actions as needed.
