Why This Role Matters

The Remote Data Entry Co‑Op is a critical component of arenaflex’s Crew Resources and Scheduling (CRS) team. You will work on high‑impact projects that directly influence cost savings, time efficiency, and decision‑making across the organization. By identifying manual processes ripe for automation and implementing data‑centric solutions, you will help arenaflex stay ahead of industry trends and maintain its reputation as a technology‑driven aviation powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and verify data within the arenaflex enterprise database, ensuring the highest level of data integrity.
  • Conduct routine data quality checks, flagging inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with CRS analysts, project managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into automated workflows.
  • Identify repetitive manual tasks that can be streamlined through statistical automation, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Assist in designing, testing, and deploying automation scripts or tools that reduce overall processing time and labor costs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive crew and operational data.
  • Utilize project‑management best practices to track task progress, meet deadlines, and stay within budget constraints.
  • Prepare concise reports and visualizations that communicate data trends, process improvements, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights and feedback that drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven data entry experience – at least 6 months of hands‑on work with large data sets, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and basic macros).
  • Familiarity with data‑entry software or database management tools (e.g., Access, SQL, or cloud‑based platforms).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error‑free work.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
