Hybrid B2B Customer Service Representative/Lead Qualifier
TTEC is hiring a Hybrid B2B Customer Service Representative (Lead Qualifier) in Tempe, AZ . This role focuses on engaging warm business leads through outbound calls to identify needs and support sales solutions that improve customer operations. Hybrid work is based on performance after the training period. Training is in office in Tempe, AZ.

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume environment with outbound calling exposure
- High school diploma or equivalent with proficiency using multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with outbound dialing systems and structured call workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to business-to-business interactions
- Ability to multitask, document accurately, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Key Responsibilities
