Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers a consistent Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT) with no weekend requirements. You will join a multicultural, highly skilled team that values individuality, continuous learning, and collaborative problem‑solving. Whether you are working independently on data entry tasks or partnering with teammates to resolve complex classification challenges, you will have the resources and support needed to excel.

Core Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input client data with a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5 % while adhering to specific formatting and validation rules.
  • Form Identification & Classification: Manually identify and categorize a variety of form types (including MEDI documents) according to client‑defined criteria.
  • Multi‑Task Management: Seamlessly switch between data entry, verification, MEDI processing, and other designated tasks while following established procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform self‑checks and peer reviews to catch and correct errors before submission.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose data inconsistencies, propose corrective actions, and document resolutions for future reference.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Follow arenaflex’s security policies, data handling standards, and client confidentiality agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and client contacts to clarify requirements and share best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and increase processing efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with demonstrated accuracy.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic internet navigation.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus and precision.
