About arenaflex – Pioneering Innovation from Anywhere

arenaflex is a global technology and e‑commerce leader headquartered in Seattle, Washington. With a heritage that began in the mid‑1990s, arenaflex has expanded far beyond online retail to dominate cloud services, digital streaming, artificial intelligence, and cutting‑edge logistics. Our mission is to empower millions of customers, partners, and creators worldwide through relentless innovation, data‑driven decision making, and a culture that celebrates curiosity.

Today, arenaflex is looking for bright, analytical minds to join our remote workforce as Part‑Time Data Analysts. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on turning raw data into actionable insights, love collaborating across functional teams, and enjoy the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a world‑class organization.

Why This Role Matters

Data is the lifeblood of arenaflex. Every product recommendation, supply‑chain optimization, and customer experience improvement starts with a solid understanding of the numbers. As a Data Analyst on our Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of shaping how the business measures success, uncovers opportunities, and drives strategic initiatives. Your work will directly influence senior leadership, product managers, and operational teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Data pipeline stewardship: Own the end‑to‑end flow of data—from extraction and transformation to loading—ensuring reliability and timeliness for downstream reporting.
  • Dashboard & report development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports that surface key performance indicators (KPIs) for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Metric definition & tracking: Work with cross‑functional groups to define, document, and monitor success metrics, establishing a common language for performance evaluation.
  • Root‑cause analysis: Conduct deep‑dive investigations into anomalies, performance gaps, and emerging trends, delivering clear recommendations for corrective action.
  • Automation & self‑service enablement: Develop reusable data tools, scripts, and self‑service analytics platforms that empower partners to explore data independently.
  • Quality assurance: Implement rigorous data validation checks and continuously improve data quality processes to maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Strategic support: Contribute to long‑term data strategy, including architecture design, technology evaluation, and roadmap planning.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in a data‑focused role within a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, with a demonstrated ability to build analytical models and automate workflows.
  • Experience turning raw data into business insights that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, time‑series forecasting, hypothesis testing, and KPI development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for e‑commerce, digital platforms, or cloud services.
  • Background in functional quality, metric definition, or performance reporting.
  • Exposure to software development lifecycle data and event logging.
  • Familiarity with machine‑learning techniques such as logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
  • Experience with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and building automated dashboards.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data warehousing concepts.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical mindset: Ability to dissect complex problems, identify patterns, and propose data‑driven solutions.
  • Customer‑centric focus: Understanding of how data impacts end‑user experiences and business outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfort navigating ambiguous situations, balancing speed with quality, and iterating quickly.
  • Attention to detail: Commitment to data integrity, thorough documentation, and reproducible analysis.
  • Continuous learning: Eagerness to stay current with emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
