Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and iterate on end‑to‑end product features that enhance the customer acquisition funnel and post‑purchase experience.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across email, push, SMS, and in‑app messaging channels, translating data insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including product managers, data scientists, user researchers, and UI engineers—to define problem statements, success metrics, and delivery timelines.
  • Own the full product lifecycle: from concept sketches and wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes, production‑ready code, and post‑launch performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems that ensure visual and interaction consistency across all arenaflex platforms (Android, iOS, Web, TV UI).
  • Engineer robust, scalable APIs that power front‑end experiences, ensuring low latency, high reliability, and seamless integration with backend services such as billing, subscription management, and content recommendation engines.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and work with big‑data technologies (SparkSQL, Hive, Presto) to extract actionable insights that inform design decisions.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, design critique, and knowledge sharing within the Development Notices Group.
  • Partner with the compliance and security teams to embed privacy‑by‑design principles into all customer‑facing communications.

Essential Qualifications

  • Product Design Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience designing customer‑facing applications, with a proven track record of shipping features that improve conversion, retention, or revenue.
  • Data‑Driven Mindset: Demonstrated expertise in running A/B tests, interpreting statistical results, and iterating designs based on quantitative feedback.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Java or another object‑oriented language; solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Front‑End Development Skills: Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and pre‑processors such as SASS/LESS; experience building responsive, accessible interfaces that work across devices.
  • Big‑Data Querying: Ability to write complex SQL queries on large‑scale data platforms (SparkSQL, Hive, Presto) to surface user behavior patterns.
  • API Design: Experience designing clean, extensible RESTful or gRPC APIs that enable seamless communication between front‑end and back‑end services.
