As a Key Account Manager on the arenaflex Target Customer Team, you will be the strategic bridge between our iconic chilled‑beverage portfolio and one of the nation’s most influential retail partners. Your expertise will drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and shape the shopping experience for millions of guests who rely on arenaflex for refreshment, nutrition, and innovation.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Every Day

  • Revenue & Profitability Leadership: Meet and exceed Net Revenue, Variable Gross Profit, and Share targets by applying data‑driven, fact‑based selling methodologies.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with arenaflex’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the retailer’s business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with key contacts across the retailer’s warehouse, merchandising, and supply‑chain teams.
  • Promotion & Innovation Activation: Launch local, regional, and national marketplace initiatives that spotlight new product launches, seasonal promotions, and innovative packaging.
  • Joint Business Planning: Partner with arenaflex Finance, Leadership, and the retailer’s planning teams to co‑create Joint Business Plans that drive mutual growth.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with arenaflex Brand, Marketing, and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and superior guest satisfaction.
  • Promo Funding Management: Lead the promotional funding process for assigned brands and categories, ensuring optimal ROI and compliance.
  • Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Analyze market trends, sales data, and syndicated research (e.g., IRI/Nielsen) to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prosper Sales Planner Ownership: Maintain and update the Prosper Sales Planner for the warehouse beverage business, providing accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
  • Presentation & Communication: Deliver compelling internal presentations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on strategy, performance, and next‑step actions.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of direct, fact‑based selling experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • U.S. work authorization.

  • Demonstrated success in the CPG sector, specifically with chilled‑beverage or nutrition product lines.
