Key Responsibilities

Data‑Driven Modeling & AI Development

  • Design, build, and iterate end‑to‑end AI and statistical models—from data ingestion and feature engineering to validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize models, ensuring they scale reliably in cloud environments.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimental frameworks to quantify model impact on key business metrics such as revenue, churn, and ad impressions.

Deep Analytical Research

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of audience behavior, brand performance, and marketing funnel metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Mine terabytes of structured and unstructured data (e.g., clickstreams, subscription logs, ad impressions) to surface hidden patterns and trends.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Advanced Statistical Insight Generation

  • Develop sophisticated statistical frameworks, including Bayesian inference, probabilistic programming, and causal inference models.
  • Produce visualizations and narrative reports that communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable analytical tools, notebooks, and documentation to accelerate future projects.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to identify high‑impact analytical problems.
  • Facilitate data‑driven decision‑making by presenting findings in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Champion best practices in data governance, reproducibility, and ethical AI across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and evaluating production‑grade AI or statistical solutions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience with a quantitative programming language (e.g., Python, R, Scala) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate results effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of curiosity and a passion for uncovering insights from large data sets.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Expertise in Python libraries such as scikit‑learn, SciPy, pandas, and NumPy.
  • Experience with Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming frameworks like PyMC, Stan, or TensorFlow Probability.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools: Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Jupyter notebooks, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Background in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry, with an understanding of subscription economics and advertising metrics.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with distributed teams.
