As a Senior Client General Manager at arenaflex, you will serve as the strategic liaison for our most valuable entertainment clients. You will be the trusted advisor who understands the unique travel demands of film productions, live sports events, news crews, music tours, and theatrical tours. Strategic Client Partnership

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling of arenaflex’s portfolio—technology platforms, concierge services, risk solutions, and data analytics.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to position arenaflex as the premier travel partner for entertainment clients, leveraging benchmarking, technology road‑mapping, and white‑paper development.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, pricing strategy formulation, and profit‑and‑loss (P&L) management for assigned accounts.

Thought Leadership & Advocacy

  • Represent arenaflex at industry conferences, trade shows, and client workshops as a subject‑matter expert on entertainment travel trends.
  • Produce thought‑leadership content—case studies, webinars, and white papers—that showcases arenaflex’s innovative solutions and reinforces brand credibility.
  • Champion best practices in travel policy compliance, sustainability, and traveler safety across all client engagements.
