The Role: Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and creating positive customer experiences. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the voice of our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Handle incoming calls from customers across India, providing accurate information about products, services, and special offers
  • Outbound Calling: Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback collection, and service updates
  • Need Assessment: Identify customer needs and requirements through active listening and effective questioning techniques
  • Query Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction with every interaction
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, services, and company policies to provide accurate responses
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to address complex customer issues and improve service quality

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu with excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages
  • Education: Any educational background (10+2, Diploma, Degree); BE/B. Tech & PG candidates are not eligible
  • Experience: Freshers (2022 pass out and above) or candidates with maximum 2 years of experience, with only BPO experience considered
  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute
  • Call Volume: Ability to handle 80-100 calls per day with efficiency and professionalism
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts of 9 hours

Work Schedule and Location

  • Office Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
  • Initial Work Arrangement: First 3 months of training will be at the office
  • Shift Timings:
    • Office: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
    • Work From Home: 6:00 AM to 11:45 PM (after initial training period)
  • Work Days: 6 working days per week with 1 day off on a rotational basis
  • Leave Policy: No leaves permitted during the first 3 months; after this period, public holidays can be compensated with additional off days
  • Commute: Employees are responsible for their own transportation; cabs provided from Hi-tech city metro station for pick-up and drop

Training and Development

Upon successful completion of the training period and based on performance evaluation, you will be eligible for a work-from-home arrangement, offering greater flexibility in your work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹11,500 per month (depending on interview performance)
