Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter a wide variety of information—including candidate resumes, job postings, client contracts, and internal notes—into arenaflex’s proprietary database with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Data Validation & Cleansing: Perform systematic reviews to identify and correct errors, duplicate entries, and inconsistencies, ensuring the integrity of the master data set.
  • Classification & Tagging: Apply standardized taxonomy and metadata tags to each record, facilitating rapid retrieval, advanced search capabilities, and seamless integration with analytics tools.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with recruitment consultants, IT specialists, and client services teams to resolve data‑related queries, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report Generation & Insight Support: Assist in the creation of routine operational reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc data extracts that inform leadership on placement trends, market demand, and performance metrics.
  • Process Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, validation, and archival processes.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require
