As a Production Support Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be the critical link between our production pipelines, partner networks, and end‑users. Your work will ensure that every piece of content—whether a live broadcast, on‑demand series, or interactive event—reaches audiences with the highest quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Content Coordination: Manage programming and content feeds for all regions, ensuring live and on‑demand delivery to partner clients worldwide.
  • Feed Management & Distribution: Create, edit, and distribute content using the QCut platform, delivering assets via feed or file transfer protocols.
  • Content Retrieval: Leverage ADT, Media Search, and feed tools to locate and allocate media assets for various projects.
  • Technical Updates: Maintain and update VC and fiber plans related to content feeds, guaranteeing alignment with technical standards.
  • Thumbnail Production: Use Photoshop and Production Manager to design and upload thumbnails for arenaflex Watch, supporting visual discovery across platforms.
  • Live Feed Oversight: Dispatch and monitor daily live feed one‑offs to partner clients, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal and external partners to troubleshoot feed problems, documenting resolutions for future reference.
  • Request Management: Input cut and re‑feed requests into Partner Manager, tracking progress and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • TVU Production Support: Perform specialized duties on the TVU Producer stage for global shows, including equipment logistics and remote production assistance.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support the Production Workspace with TVU packs and camera equipment shipments for remote productions.
  • Data Communication: Provide continuous updates to all stakeholders on changes such as Edge Store updates, Production room modifications, and other critical information.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures for authority, coordination, and support activities, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • File Transfer Management: Oversee the acquisition and delivery of content via FTP, Hand‑off, WeTransfer, and similar platforms.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant production support or content coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop and a solid understanding of visual asset creation.
  • Strong knowledge of sports production workflows and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) to support multilingual partner interactions.
  • Experience working with global content delivery networks and partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with QCut, ADT, Media Search, and other media asset management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Prior exposure to live broadcast operations and remote production support.
