Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Customer Engineer team as entry‑level AI & Cloud Support Specialists. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, helping them understand, adopt, and maximize the value of arenaflex’s cloud and AI platforms. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for customers ranging from startups to Fortune‑500 enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and solutions engineering teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities, translating customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide AI expertise to support arenaflex’s customers, including product demos, proof‑of‑concept (PoC) development, and technical workshops.
  • Assist customers in designing, deploying, and optimizing arenaflex Cloud architectures, ensuring best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, solution briefs, and documentation that articulate the value of arenaflex AI and cloud services.
  • Work hands‑on with customers to troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose remediation plans.
  • Partner with product engineering to provide feedback from the field, influencing roadmap decisions and feature enhancements.
  • Travel to customer sites, industry conferences, and internal training events as needed to deepen relationships and stay current on emerging technologies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex’s AI toolset, including TensorFlow, Tensor Processing Units (TPU), and other machine‑learning frameworks.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Foundational knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and modern networking concepts.
  • Exposure to large‑scale data processing, AI/ML pipelines, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
