With continued investment across the platform, the firm is looking to add proven revenue generating senior bankers to expand coverage across key sectors and capitalize on significant white space opportunities.They are specifically targeting senior M&A bankers with a track record of originating and executing transactions across Technology, Healthcare, Business Services, Industrials, or Consumer. Ideal candidates bring an established network, are generating $3M+ in annual revenue, and are comfortable operating in a front office, client facing capacity while leveraging dedicated execution and business development resources.Key ResponsibilitiesOrigination and CoverageDrive M&A deal flow through proactive sourcing and origination of sell side and buy side mandatesLeverage existing relationships across corporates, private equity sponsors, and key stakeholders to win new businessAct as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic alternatives, capital allocation, and value creation initiativesExecution and Deal LeadershipLead end to end M&A execution including pitch, mandate, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and closingOversee transaction processes and manage deal teams to ensure high quality deliverables and efficient timelinesPresent directly to senior management teams, boards, and investors throughout the transaction lifecyclePlatform Leadership and GrowthMentor and develop VP and Directors, helping build the next generation of revenue producersPartner across industry and product teams to drive cross sell and broaden client engagementContribute to the overall growth strategy of the M&A platform, including new sector expansion and coverage buildoutIf this aligns with your background or you are open to exploring, happy to connect.
