Working within the U.S. Consumer Services Group, you will help craft and execute compelling offers, product launches, and loyalty programs that resonate with our cardmembers and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Offer Management: Design, launch, and optimize targeted offers, upgrades, and exclusive benefits for existing and prospective arenaflex cardmembers across digital, email, and direct‑mail channels.
  • Revenue Growth Execution: Partner with product, brand, and analytics teams to deliver incremental revenue through coordinated campaigns that span credit, lending, and banking product lines.
  • Channel Optimization: Own the day‑to‑day performance of the site channel, monitoring key metrics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring alignment with quarterly growth targets.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively surface growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and internal data, then collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable solutions.
  • Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Work closely with the research team to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign strategy and improve customer experience.
  • Monthly Forecasting & Reporting: Contribute to the monthly forecasting process, prepare performance dashboards, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Consumer Marketing, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Skills teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance of all initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion test‑and‑learn experiments, A/B testing, and iterative optimization to enhance conversion rates, engagement, and overall channel health.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders across the organization.

  • Familiarity with credit card, lending, or banking product lifecycles and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimental methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment and build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
