Silna is a healthcare company focused on optimizing systems to prevent denied claims and improve patient access. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to build their lead generation engine and contribute to sales success by managing the top of the sales funnel and executing prospecting strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles across clinics, practices, and health systems
  • Build and maintain comprehensive prospect databases using CRM and sales intelligence tools
  • Generate qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and buying authority
  • Nurture leads through strategic follow-up sequences until ready for handoff
  • Track and optimize key metrics: calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and refine SDR playbooks, scripts, and qualification frameworks
  • Test new prospecting channels and techniques to improve results
  • Analyze what's working and iterate on approaches daily
  • Create templates and workflows that can scale with team growth
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and pain points
  • Research competitor solutions and positioning
  • Provide feedback on prospect objections and market insights

Skills

  • 1+ year in sales development, lead generation, or high-activity sales roles
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and compellingly
