[Remote] Body Armor Tactical Sales Development Rep (SDR)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RTS Tactical is a rapidly growing U.S.-based Body Armor and Tactical Gear manufacturer headquartered in Miami, Florida. They are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand their impact by qualifying leads, conducting prospecting, and building relationships with prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from Law Enforcement agencies, First Responders, and consumers
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
- Build relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist consumers with product questions, abandoned carts, inbound inquiries, and smaller direct-purchase opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support larger Law Enforcement opportunities and agency outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-up within the company CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional service and communication
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
- Represent RTS Tactical with professionalism, integrity, and a service-first mindset
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Skills
- Individuals with Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience
- Current or former Law Enforcement, Military, or First Responder personnel looking to transition into a professional sales career
- Tactical enthusiasts or individuals passionate about serving the Law Enforcement and First Responder community
- Customer service professionals who have demonstrated strong communication skills and a desire to grow into sales
- Work ethic, coachability, communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn
- Previous SDR, BDR, B2B customer service, or B2B inside sales experience
- Military, Law Enforcement, First Responder, or tactical industry experience is highly valued
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Coachable mindset and willingness to accept feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
