[Remote] Jr. Proposal Manager

Accela is an industry leader in government software solutions, seeking a Jr. Proposal Manager to support the development of competitive proposals for state and local government customers. This role involves managing the proposal lifecycle, collaborating with experienced teams, and improving proposal content and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Create proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
- Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders
- Draft, edit, and review proposal content
- Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
- Support proposal process improvements
Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination or RFP management
- Familiarity with government procurement processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Qvidian, Loopio or other proposal management software skills
- Experience with government software or SaaS proposals
- APMP certification or interest in pursuing certification
