[Remote] Scheduling Assistant

They are seeking a Scheduling Assistant to provide exceptional client service and coordinate workflows, ensuring a reliable and timely experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct extension of your clients' offices, delivering white-glove service deposition by deposition
- Ensure clients and providers are well taken care of, with the ultimate goal of keeping Steno a top court reporting and litigation support agency for law firms nationwide
- Deliver a reliable, timely, and hospitable experience deposition by deposition
- Partner closely with Account Managers, Operations, and internal teams to ensure every client need is met without missing a beat
- Coordinate many moving parts across fast-moving workflows while staying organized, composed, and client-focused
Skills
- 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience
- Hospitality mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfort picking up new systems quickly
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment
- Prior court reporting agency experience
