Member Solution Specialist I
Sunmark Credit Union is a local credit union dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. They are seeking a Member Solution Specialist to provide excellent service to members by addressing their financial inquiries and cross-selling services while ensuring the accuracy of account management.
Responsibilities
- Providing service to members by relaying information through call center channels
- Responding with accurate information
- Researching, and solving members' questions, problems, and complaints
- Cross-selling credit union services to qualified members
- Opening, servicing, and closing all types of personal and business accounts
- Ensuring accuracy
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience with demonstrated sales ability
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Obtain NMLS certification upon hire
