Licensed Customer Service Representative (Insurance)
Joseph Luke Munguia Agency, LLC is a growing American Family Insurance agency serving Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Safford, Arizona. They are seeking a licensed Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day service experience for clients, ensuring professionalism and care in handling service requests and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients on billing questions, policy changes, endorsements, and general service requests
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and on time
- Handle inbound service calls and resolve client issues with professionalism and care
- Collect and submit underwriting documentation after a policy is bound
- Maintain accurate, complete records in our CRM following agency standards
- Support the smooth transition and ongoing service of a newly acquired book of business in the Safford market
- Partner closely with the agency owner and existing service lead to keep clients happy and retention strong
Skills
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license. Strongly preferred at time of hire. Candidates currently in the licensing process may be considered only if licensed within 30 days of start date
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you close out tasks and don't let things slip
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Comfort working in CRM and policy management software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service role
- Familiarity with American Family systems — Salesforce, Guidewire, and Policy Center — is a plus, not required
- Life & Health license a bonus
