Digital Marketing Analyst
ROI Revolution, Inc. is a digital marketing agency that helps consumer brands accelerate growth through strategic marketing services. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital advertising campaigns while developing expertise in programmatic advertising.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute clients’ display, CTV/OTT, audio, native, and digital-out-of-home programmatic campaigns
- Provide ongoing optimizations throughout the duration of a campaign by regularly reviewing advertising tactics and shifting budgets to drive performance against client KPIs
- Evaluate performance within programmatic platforms to provide insights and strategic recommendations for current and future campaigns
- Work with client and internal teams to create robust media plans for programmatic activation, with annual budgets reaching seven figures
- Coordinate the implementation and troubleshooting of conversion, retargeting, and look-a-like tracking pixels with partner ad platforms
- Collaborate with internal Paid Media teams and media partners to ensure strategic alignment across media channels
- Create regular performance reports and share findings with client contacts on a weekly basis
- Perform audits of prospective clients’ programmatic campaigns and make recommendations to secure new business for the agency
- Assist the programmatic team in training internal team members on programmatic best practices and platforms
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in paid advertising (paid search, paid social, programmatic, or retail media)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns within one or more digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Advertising, or similar advertising platforms
- Flexible, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects and is comfortable working with ambiguity
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication
- Understanding of digital media metrics and how they interact and influence one another
