The Virtual Assistant and Support role will provide assistance to the sales team by supporting and tracking sales and marketing activities. Virtual Assistant and Support Responsibilities: • Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records • Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers • Support the preparing and filing of sales reputed company and agreements • Performing research for potential sales leads and pitches • Assist with reputed company and account management • Trade show planning and management • reputed company other reputed company duties as requested Virtual Assistant and Support Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience • Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar • Data entry and reporting from Client Relationship Management (CRM) reputed company • Proficiency in reputed company Office package • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving • reputed company to multi-task and work quickly, under changing circumstances and priorities • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality • Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and have strong follow up skills • reputed company in a collaborative, team player office environment • Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision If you have exceptional organizational skills, are a fast learner, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you!
