Job Description:

  • Apply HR skills in support of managers, program staff and customers on a full range of HR topics.
  • Process personnel and payroll actions, keying payroll documents, processing leave audits.
  • Research waiver and hearing requests.
  • Assist with drafting SOP’s.
  • Provide wide ranging administrative support to managers and program staff.
  • Process complex cases involving pay, leave, time and attendance administration.
  • Resolve pay-setting errors and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required OR 3 years of federal Human Resources experience as equivalent.
  • Delegated Examining Certification and/or HRM Certificate from an accredited academic institution preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a group or individually.
  • Advanced organization and leadership skills.
  • Understanding and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
