Sales & Retention Assistant - Ukrainian & Russian Speaker

This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO) Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails) Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes. Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately Make submissions to underwriters. Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.

Requirements

Must speak and write the Ukrainian and Russian language fluently Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal) Must pass background check PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must Higher education is a plus (business related preferred) Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines Benefits 1.
